Engage, Learn, Apply: The Ultimate STEM Teacher Training

This professional development utilizes the K-12 Statewide STEM Teacher Training to prepare teachers for successful implementation of STEM instruction in their classrooms by immersing them directly in the role of STEM learner, engaging first-hand in high impact STEM practices such as project-based learning, design-based challenges, and computational thinking. To better understand the role STEM plays in education, educators will make connections between the Texas STEM framework, STEM fluency skills, and contemporary workforce demands. Most importantly, educators will begin the work of embedding these STEM strategies into what matters most - their daily work with students.

FEE WAIVED FOR TAILOR-MADE DISTRICTS.

Most sessions are free to Tailor-Made package participants, with the possible exception of the cost of materials and required fees. If not in a Tailor-Made package, half-day fees are $125 per participant and full-day fees are $225 plus the cost of materials.
