Camp Structure for Special Educators

This hands-on, three-day professional development session is designed to equip special educators with practical strategies, tools, and insights to create supportive, structured, and engaging classroom environments for students with autism and other significant cognitive disabilities. Participants will explore best practices for physical space arrangement, sensory accommodations, visual supports, and behavioral strategies that promote independence, social interaction, and meaningful learning. The workshop will focus on individualized approaches while fostering a collaborative environment where educators can share and adapt ideas for their unique classroom needs.
