Texas Teacher Evaluation Support System (T-TESS) for Administrators

During this three day training, appraisers will build their understanding and skill set with the T-TESS appraisal process. Appraisers will become familiar with the T-TESS process to continue improving professional practices of teachers. They will move from the procedural to conceptual understanding of how the domains, dimensions, descriptors and performance levels of the T-TESS rubric apply to the appraisers' roles and responsibilities.
