This course explores effective strategies for planning, delivering, and assessing instruction in a co-teaching model. Participants will examine the roles and responsibilities of general and special educators, learn models of co-teaching, and develop skills for collaborative planning and communication. Emphasis will be placed on fostering integrative practices within learning environments, differentiating instruction to meet various student needs, and leveraging the strengths of both teachers to improve student outcomes. Through case studies, interactive activities, and practical tools, participants will leave with actionable strategies to enhance their co-teaching partnerships.
