Engage the Brain! 20 Instructional Strategies in the Science Classroom

Based on the work of Marcia Tate and Warren Phillips book, Science Worksheets Don't Grow Dendrites, this session will focus on the 20 brain based instructional strategies that will lead to student growth within the classroom. Examples of each strategy will be identified and participants will select strategies to implement in a specific unit. Get ready to Engage Your Brain to Engage Their Brain!
