Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) Framework (BOY)

Participants will examine Chapter 89: The Commissioner's Rules concerning state plan for educating Emergent Bilingual students. Participants will review the most current policies and guidelines concerning the identification, placement recommendation, entry, exit, and monitoring procedures for students served in Bilingual and ESL programs in the state of Texas. The successful completion of this LPAC training will certify each participant as an LPAC member.
