Social Studies Grade 8 Academy

In this two-day training, participants will examine the new grade 8 Social Studies TEKS and explore ways to improve overall social studies instruction to support student success on the STAAR Grade 8 Social Studies assessment. The training is also designed to build participant knowledge of College and Career Readiness Standards (CCRS), English Language Proficiency Standards (ELPS), and Response to Intervention (RTI).
