Argument-Driven Inquiry in Action




Discover how to bring STEM learning to life through hands-on, inquiry-based experiences that engage students in solving meaningful questions and real-world problems. In this session, educators will explore how science, math, and engineering investigations can be designed to promote critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving while naturally strengthening literacy skills through reading, discussion, and writing. Grounded in the research-based Argument-Driven Inquiry (ADI) instructional model, this professional learning experience provides practical strategies for creating engaging, student-centered classrooms where learners actively construct and communicate their understanding.

Important Session Information:


Most sessions are free to Tailor-Made package participants, with the possible exception of the cost of materials and required fees.  If not in a Tailor-Made package, half-day fees are $125 per participant and full-day fees are $225 plus the cost of materials.
