In this online book study, we will explore and discuss a framework for orchestrating mathematically productive discussions rooted in student thinking. Specifically, we will study a set of instructional practices that help teachers achieve high-demand learning objectives through carefully crafted activities and discussions. These productive mathematics discussions are designed to bring important mathematical ideas to the surface and develop conceptual understanding for all students.
