accountability – A to F is coming! … or is it here? … where, exactly, are we?
TEA has begun the transition from the “old” accountability system (ratings of Met Standard or Improvement Required based on 4 Indexes) to the “new” accountability system (A-F letter grade ratings based on 5 Domains). This workshop is designed to provide school leaders with the latest information about the “new” Accountability System – with an emphasis on helping leaders understand the structure of the A-F system and the preliminary ratings report issued by TEA in early January 2017.
