Secondary Transition Coordinator Network Meeting

Come join us as we discuss current national, state, regional, and local information on issues related to secondary and postsecondary transition. In addition, we wiill address trends and issues affecting districts, and provide opportunities for networking with other district professionals. The responsibility of the education specialist that leads the network is to provide an opportunity for the members to collaborate on a variety of topics and problem solve ways to improve services to students.
