This session will train participants to successfully implement MENU module, a free nutritional analysis software provided in TX-UNPS.
This training will cover modules 1-6, including: Introduction, Configuration, Ingredients, Recipes, Menus and Menu Cycles. This training will credit as twelve (12) hours of training towards your professional standards training hour requirements. Key Topic: 1000-Nutrition; Learning Objective: Menu Planning; 1150-Analyze menus for school meal pattern requirements.
Production training will be held August 6, 2018.
