Cross-Battery
Assessment (XBA) and Cattell-Horn-Carroll (CHC) theory continues to evolve and
grow and, while that is a good thing, added layers mean added complexity when
assessing students for special education eligibility. This training
will focus on a “back to basics” review concentrating on the BIG PICTURE
concepts from CHC to XBA to XBASS 2.1 to Specific Learning Disability (SLD)
identification. No matter your level of experience, this training will
increase your understanding of changes to CHC theory and recent additions to
the X-BASS software.
