Budget & Financial Planning for School Business Officials

Participants will examine the ongoing process of creating and updating the budget. This study will closely examine each segment of the budget document and look at methods to make the budget a more effective tool of financial control. A share and exchange of effective budget documents and budgeting processes will be addressed in this workshop.
