Region 3 ESC will lead a Focus Group to review the Grade 1 curriculum components based on the TEKS that were adopted by the Texas State Board of Education in 2017.
The purpose of the Focus Group committee is:
- Collaborate with the ESC Lead and other district personnel to review all curriculum components
- Follow the review protocols outlined by the TEKS Resource System
- Provide constructive feedback along with suggestions on all the curriculum components
The Focus Group committee will be required to meet several times.
