*Nature and Needs for Administrators - Face to Face Training

Administrators who have authority for service decisions are required to complete a minimum of six (6) hours of professional development that includes nature and needs of gifted/talented students and service options for gifted/talented students (19 TAC §89.2(4)).

Important Session Information:

All counselors &/or administrators who have program authority for Gifted/Talented student services are mandated by the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted Students to attend this one-time training. Participants will consider the inherent characteristics of G/T students as well as the learning environment’s impact on the G/T learner.
