These trainings will focus on the various compliance issues related to the school nutrition programs.
Important Session Information:
This training has been scheduled to align with the USDA Foods calendar for the program year 2021. This three hour session will utilize TDA’s curriculum “Fundamentals of USDA Foods.” This training will have a USDA Foods Contract lab incorporated to allow participants to complete the PY 2021 contract.
