Come and learn how to create student-centered workstations that can be used as part of your STAAR math review.
Each participant will experience math workstations that are built around their specific grade-level math TEKS that, based on current data, have proven challenging for students. All activities are TEKS-based and may be used to enrich Tier 1 instruction or as STAAR review at the rigor outlined by the TEKS. Participants will create ONE SET of stations (eight stations total) for their selected grade level and will receive a digital book (Volume III) to use as part of their STAAR review.
** DISTRICTS THAT ARE A MEMBER OF THE "CLASSROOM CONTENT" CONTRACTED SERVICE HAVE PRE-PAID FOR CONTENT TRAININGS, AND THEIR TEACHERS WILL NOT BE CHARGED WORKSHOP FEES. However, some sessions may still include minimal fees intended to recoup costs for materials or resources provided in the session (such as resources/activity books, etc.) Participants continue with the registration process, and the WORKSHOP fee will be waived at check-out. This session DOES include an additional fee of $45, which is the cost of the digital book and the materials to make one set of stations.
