High School to Higher Education: 60x30TX and CCMR Strategy and Implementation Workshop targets educators focused on post-secondary readiness and success including: middle school and high school counselors, CTE specialists, administrators, higher education, and community-based organizations. We will provide examples of how to implement an advising framework to support better alignment of secondary and post-secondary advising strategies, review common metrics to measure implementation results and develop a collaborative post-secondary advising framework to sustain the work at the practice level of schools.
