Texas Principal Evaluation System (T-PESS)

The Texas Principal Evaluation System (T-PESS) standardizes the evaluation process and provides opportunities for professional growth. The system is intended to improve communication between a supervisor and a principal with fairness, transparency, and candid and constructive feedback. By using the results of the evaluation to guide their own professional development, principals will be able to chart a course for professional growth and development to become a distinguished professional who leads the school to even greater accomplishments and commands the respect of colleagues.

Important Session Information:

The T-PESS Appraiser Certification Training is a two-day face-to-face training from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for current principal appraisers and principals for districts implementing T-PESS.
