This course will be an overview of the basic tools for understanding and completing food production records. It will also cover multiple elements of the school nutrition program and how they relate to the completion of the food production record including: NSLP/SBP Meal Patterns, Offer vs. Serve, Standardized Recipes, and Forecasting/ Ordering.
