During these trainings, CACFP contracting entities will learn about Kitchen Math, Food Buying Guide, Menu Planning for Child Care, Planning Nutritious Snacks, Feeding Infants in their First Year and Food Production Records.

Important Session Information:


Training is only for Child and Adult Food Program Contracting Entities. Training covers nutritious meal planning to meet the USDA Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) infant meal pattern requirements and recommendations, basic needs of infants, and food safety/sanitation issues.  Focus only on infants from birth through 11 months of age. Focus on TDA approved forms as well.
