For those that have previously had Nature and Needs for Counselors and Administrators, this training will update your training with the required SEL portion.Counselors who work with gifted/talented students are required to complete a minimum of six (6) hours of professional development that includes Nature & Needs of Gifted/Talented students, service options for gifted/talented students, and social emotional learning (19 TAC §89.2(4)).
