This blended workshop will address ways to build literacy and math skills while teaching health and wellness strategies. Children need to learn calming strategies, health and fitness skills while building their literacy and numeracy skills. This makes learning fun and engaging. We will address sensorimotor skills and strategies including proprioception and vestibular movement as well.
