In this session participants will learn basic knife skills and how to incorporate seasonings in standardized recipes.
These sessions will be in-person at Region 3 ESC in Victoria.Due to capacity limitations, we are limiting registration to no more than 2 employees per campus.
This course will be taught by Trey Martin, Food Service Director at Karnes City ISD. Trey received his Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin and has over 7 years of experience as a chef.
