Join us for our More Advanced Mind Body Skills series! If you have attended previous Mind Body Skills sessions, join us for a more in-depth dive into mind body skills that will aid in your own self-care and give you strategies for working with your students (and staff). Our dive will take us deep into an exploration of the mind-body connection and new brain science. You'll develop a keen understanding of why the mind body strategies work to reduce stress and build resilience. We will learn and practice more advanced breathing, mindfulness, and movement strategies to recharge us when we are overwhelmed and stressed. Even if you haven't attended any mind body sessions, you will still benefit! Sessions will be in weekly (Monday) 1 hour meetings in June and then 2 more in July.
To earn the maximum CEUs, you must attend all sessions in the series but feel free to join as many as you can to gain skills and feel the benefits!
