Participants will learn how to plan, structure, and facilitate purposeful elementary counseling groups from needs assessment to student selection to progress monitoring. The workshop also features a time to create materials, where counselors will design grab-and-go items such as session routines, behavior expectations visuals, calm-corner supports, and activity kits to support smooth, effective implementation.
