Attendees will dig deep into the unit overview and assessment using the backwards by design model. First year teachers will focus on internalizing the unit and assessment, while those with 2-3 year teacher experience will reflect on previous implementation and refining the instructional approach of the unit to enhance data engagement related to STAAR. Teachers will receive an annotated text and engaging activities.
