8th Science STAAR Review-It's All Fun and Games




The STAAR Science Review workshops are designed to provide teachers with resources to review and prepare students for STAAR Science Assessments.

Important Session Information:


Prepare your students for the 8th grade STAAR using a variety of stations, games and strategies targeting specific concepts and overall review of the standards. Students will be engaged and thinking at a higher level to increase retention while participating in the activities. Teachers will receive digital templates for all activities. Some activities will be similar to the 2016 session along with several new activities for 2017.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
