Teaching About the Holocaust




This session supports ELAR and Social Studies teachers grades 6-12.

Important Session Information:


A workshop for social studies, history, and ELAR teachers -- this workshop will include information on how to teach the Holocaust, online teacher resources, primary sources, lesson activities for the classroom, and a copy of an incredible Teacher Resource Guide. This partnership presentation by the Dallas Holocaust Museum and Echoes and Reflections will be a huge benefit to teachers as it gives classroom ready materials to cross all learning styles and differentiate for a variety of learners.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
