CANCEL: p.a.p.a. Parenting and Paternity Awareness




p.a.p.a. Parenting and Paternity Awareness program is a curriculum developed by the Office of the Attorney Generall's (OAG) Child Support Division. This is a free training provided by the OAG through the ESC's. The training is one full day (6 hours), and provides an overview of the p.a.p.a. curriculum, explanation of the critical legal issues addressed in the curriculum, and the background training to effectively use it with students. Teachers will receive a free copy of the curriculum as well as other resource materials.

p.a.p.a. stands for the Parenting and Paternity Awareness program. This course was created in response to HB2176. Resources and training is provided to high school teachers with health teachers being prioritized. This session is scheduled for Thursday, September 28th from 9:00am-4:00pm.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
