CPI Refresher (Note: Now 6 hours)

This workshop is for people who are seeking to RENEW their CPI certification. The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention program is a safe, non-harmful behavior management system. Participants will learn to identify the behavior levels that contribute to the development of a crisis and how to handle situations in a non-harmful way even when behavior is disruptive and out of control. This program intends to provide the best possible Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security for staff and students. Participants will need to have completed the initial training course before enrolling for this refresher. Participants will receive continued CPI certification after completion of a post-test at the end of this refresher course.
Important Session Information:

(Note: Now 6 hours due to new content) This CPI Refresher Course is for participants who have already completed the 2-day CPI certification course. It fulfills the annual refresher requirement for CPI.
