Thinking Maps: Building a Common Language for Learning (K-12)




This session will offer Gifted/Talented credit.

Important Session Information:


By visualizing our thinking, we create concrete images of abstract thoughts. These patterns help all students reach higher levels of critical and creative thinking which are essential components of 21st Century education. In this introductory foundation session, participants will spend time building and learning the basic maps and thought processes. The Language for Learning manual is required for this training and may be purchased at the training for $125.00. This class meets requirement as a 6-hour Gifted/Talented update. Thinking Maps training is part of the G/T Coop.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
