Assessment Roadshow




Provide training and updates of the Texas assessment program.

Important Session Information:


The purpose of this half-day training is two-fold. The first hour superintendents and administrators will have the opportunity to provide feedback and/or ask questions regarding the current state of the Texas Assessment System. TEA will discuss the new interim assessments being rolled out in January, as well as an overview of the spring administration. The last 2 hours ETS will showcase the newly developed practice site for the STAAR Assessment Management System that will be available in January. Targeted audience is District Test Coordinators for this portion. ETS will review the following topics: **System overview and Student test registration (paper/online) **Test Material Ordering and tracking (Participation Counts, initial orders, additional orders) **Online test management and monitoring **Post admin activities (Resolutions, Test Information Changes, Score Code Changes) **Accessing results and reports
