Teaching Families to Play (a.m.)




This class is part of the Early Learning Week 2018.  All sessions will pertain to early learning educators:  Head Start, Pre-Kindergarten, Early Childhood, Early Elementary (up to 3rd grade).

Important Session Information:


Learn how to get your families excited about their child’s education by discovering creative approaches to family engagement through play based, developmentally appropriate activities that will be connected to all the developmental domains of a young child. We will look at strategies that promote effective communication to build a bridge that leads to student success.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
