TDIA Module 4: Interpreting Scores (ALTA Credit of 6 Hours)




This state-developed Academy is comprised of five modules designed to help school districts in the identification of students with dyslexia. The modules build on each other in taking a district through the entire identification process. However, depending on participant knowledge and need, each module can serve as a stand-alone training. For this reason, each module should be registered for separately.

Important Session Information:


Module 4 is the fourth of five modules developed to assist schools in the identification of students with dyslexia. This training will provide knowledge necessary to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data used by Section 504 and ARD committees to identify students with dyslexia. Individuals responsible for the formal assessment portion of the dyslexia evaluation process are encouraged to attend. It is recommended that participants complete TDIA Modules 1, 2, and 3 prior to attending Module 4 if they have not had previous dyslexia experience.
