TDIA Module 5: Report Writing and Case Studies (ALTA Credit of 6 Hours)

This state-developed Academy is comprised of five modules designed to help school districts in the identification of students with dyslexia. The modules build on each other in taking a district through the entire identification process. However, depending on participant knowledge and need, each module can serve as a stand-alone training. For this reason, each module should be registered for separately.

Important Session Information:

Module 5 is the fifth of five modules developed to assist schools in the identification of students with dyslexia. Participants in this training will learn how to analyze and evaluate collected data and then use the findings for report writing. They also will become familiar with a framework for documenting evaluation results to inform a Section 504 or ARD committee. Case studies will be used. It is recommended that participants be familiar with the content of the other four TDIA modules before taking this workshop.
