Asbestos Designated Person Training (Room Holder)

This event is for scheduling trainings relating to facilities management.
Important Session Information:

Addresses areas defined in the AHERA regulations for those responsible for the school district's asbestos program. Topics covered include asbestos detection, identification, and assessment; health effects associated with asbestos exposure; control options; and management plan components. Satisfies the training requirement put forth in AHERA for Asbestos Designated Person (ADP) training. The district’s ADP is only required to attend this training one time; however, we encourage them to attend training every few years as a “refresher” if possible. 8 hours of credit issued by TASB
