Fall: Designing Curriculum for G/T Students (Formerly Curriculum I: Advanced Products) - Online Edition (Oct. 15 - Nov. 4, 2018)

This class will offer Gifted/Talented credit and is part of the G/T Foundation courses. This course is free to all districts in the Gifted/Talented Coop. You must also register with REGION 13 online at: As of Jan. 1, 2019, we no longer use ESC 13. We have our own system in Canvas. After you have registered, we will send you a link for the course.

Important Session Information:

Participants must register at ESC9 and ESC 13 for this course TBD. In this e-course, participants will learn about innovative and practical ways to design appropriately challenging curricula for gifted students and about the Texas Performance Standards Project (TPSP) for gifted students. Participants will contribute ideas to the discussion board, share their own experiences, and research related information. The objectives will be met through Internet investigations, investigation of district information and practices,threaded discussions, and a 10-question end-of-course knowledge test. This class is free to all member districts in the Gifted/Talented Coop. Non-member districts will need to pay a $125 registration fee.
