R9 Low Incidence Disabilities (LID) Series (Session 2) (NOTE NEW DATE-Dec. 13)




Join us for the Region 9 Complex Access Needs/Low Incidence Disabilities (LID) Series! This series consists of 4 sessions over the course of the next year. Each session will provide information on topics related to low incidence disabilities broken down into monthly instructional guides. Topics will include curriculum connections, scheduling, classroom environment, data and progress monitoring, communication,assistive technology, and more. Come to one session or all!

Important Session Information:


This is the second session in a series. We will cover the LID Monthly Instructional Guides for December, January, and February. Topics will include a review of best practices, collaboration with paraprofessionals, program review, sensory considerations, work skills and transition planning, data, etc. It will be a jam-packed day, but you will leave with resources to help make the rest of your year successful for your students and you. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and network with other educators from Region 9.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
