CACFP Financials and Procurement




The purpose of this training is to give districts an overview of the Procurement Review that is conducted by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Participants will have the ability to ask questions and seek guidance during this training.

Important Session Information:


CACFP Financials and Procurement- the requirement for procurement of food, supplies, equipment and other goods and services. One of the primary purposes of the regulations is to assure that open and free competition exists to the maximum extent possible. The following guidelines will assist Institutions in meeting the regulatory requirements. We will have a working lunch.
