CANCEL: Spring: Designing Curriculum for G/T Students (Formerly Curriculum I: Advanced Products)

This class will offer Gifted/Talented credit and is part of the G/T Foundation courses. This course is free to all districts in the Gifted/Talented Coop.
Important Session Information:
Participants will examine the elements of advanced products and performances for gifted students as mandated by the state. The Texas Performance Standards Project will also be covered as one option to quality G/T instruction and programming which leads to advanced products and performances. This day is part of the 30-hour foundational training required for all teachers providing services to G/T students. For continuity, it is recommended you attend the three days sequentially. Although this course is a required part of the 30-hour foundational training, it also meets requirements for a 6-hour annual G/T update credit.
