This course is for certification in Handle With Care. The training is a comprehensive crisis management system that encompasses identifying the escalation of behavior and the signs that often precede student escalation, as well as learning what it means to be a solid object and understanding the Tension/Tension Reduction Cycle. Participants must complete all exercises and demonstrate competency in this two-day workshop to receive certification from the trainer. Participants are expected to meet both written and physical standards.
