Hands-On Science for Pre-K/Early Learners (AM)




All sessions will be geared toward educators and administrators of early learners.  A wide variety of topics will be covered.

Important Session Information:


Did you know that using hands-on activities is one of the BEST ways for children to learn?!? Hands-on activities allow children to use their senses while learning. Children see, touch, and move real objects to complete tasks. Research shows that children who are taught using hands-on teaching methods do better in school than those who are not. During this session, participants will participate in a variety of hands-on science activities for early learners that are FUN and engaging while extending the learning process for deeper understanding.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
