Electricity, Energy, and Engineering - Grades 4-6




Clean Energy is the country's leading-edge clean energy and career-connected education program. Sponsored by Arconic Foundation.

Important Session Information:


4th-6th Science/STEM teachers join Clean Energy, the country's leading clean energy and career-connected STEM education program, for this hands-on session. The session will target grades 4-6 and will cover alternative energy resources, energy transformations, circuits, engineering and more utilizing inquiry based lessons. Teachers will explore energy content knowledge, apply best practices in engineering design, and receive access to science kits of hands-on materials. Lunch and stipend provided by Clean Energy.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
