Section 504 Academy, Module 2: Documentation and Forms




This training is comprised of stand-alone modules.

Important Session Information:


This is Module Two of the three-module Section 504 Academy. This training will focus on documentation used in the 504 process. CESD forms, which will be provided, will be used as examples of how procedures can be documented. This workshop is designed for campus and district 504 coordinators.
