Module #3 The IEP Process: The Role of the Paraeducator(Online ONLY)(Jan.13-Feb. 14, 2020)




The Paraeducator Training Modules are designed to provide consistent professional development training and to prepare Paraeducators for the ever changing roles they fill in the educational setting. There are six modules in the Paraeducator certification program. Upon completion of all six modules, Paraeducators will be eligible for a Micro-credential certificate along with up to 36 hours of CEU credit through Region 9 ESC.

**ONLINE TRAINING MODULES NOT FaceToFace 1/13-2/17/20** The Paraeducator Training Modules are designed to provide consistent professional development training to prepare Paraeducators for the ever changing roles they fill in the educational setting. There are six modules in the Paraeducator Certification Program. MODULE #3 The IEP Process:The Pole of the Paraeducator. While Paraeducators do not typically attend ARD meetings, the knowledge and input they have about the students they support is critically important to the design of appropriate, individualized specially designed instruction.
