Winter Connections: Changing Challenging Behaviors




This class is for early learning providers, early childhood teachers, head start personnel and home child care providers. 
The Connection group consists of the following:  SAFB, YMCA, Child Care Inc., Workforce Resource Childcare, Vernon College, WFISD, RRDH, Head Start, TDPRS, United Way and Region 9 ESC. 

 


Important Session Information:


Do you struggle with controlling outbursts and severe behaviors with your kiddos? Are you looking for some fresh thoughts and ideas? Learn and understand why certain behaviors are occurring and what you can do to support positive interactions. We will work on positive role-modeling, age-appropriate social-emotional learning, as well as strategies and supports to help you with your with kiddos. We will also take a look at the different resources that are available to use.

  • There will be a $250 per day fee for out-of-region or non Region 9 District participants. If coop membership is required, there will be a $125 per day fee for non-coop participants.
