Building Capacity & Strengthening Partnerships for Family Engagement Online 7-15-2020




The session will cover the ESSA requirements for parent and family engagement and provide resources to meet those requirements. 

Important Session Information:


This session focuses on building capacity for parent and family engagement through a brief compliance review and a larger emphasis on implementation of effective engagement strategies to meet the requirements of Title 1, Part A, Section 1116(e). A highlight of best practices will be presented by Lisa Sadler of Prairie Valley ISD. Time will also be allotted for networking to explore other districts' successes with family and community partnerships.
