Module #6: Least Restrictive Environment (ONLINE ONLY 10-26 - 11-29, 2020)

The Paraeducator Online Training Course consists of six (6) separate modules. Each module should take approximately six (6) hours to complete and will be available for approximately four (4) weeks before closing.

IF you complete ALL six (6) modules, you will be awarded a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION which will serve as a Micro-credential for your position. There will be several opportunities to receive extra resources throughout the six (6) module courses, for those who desire to complete the entire program.

Completion of each module will provide a Region 9 six (6) hour CPE certificate with the potential for a total of 36 CPE credits. You may complete as many of the modules as you desire.

One of the most important benefits of this program is the opportunity to connect with other Paraeducators in Region 9 to form an online PLC (Professional Learning Community) to share ideas, solve problems and interact with other professionals in your same position.

I look forward to working through these modules with you and will provide support when you need it.
